Pre-conception Advice

If you have decided to stop your regular contraception and wish to start trying for a baby, there are things that you can do now which could have a big impact on your baby’s health and which will help ensure a successful pregnancy. The earlier you start these things, the more effective they are. You don’t have to have stopped your regular contraception, some things you can in fact start doing such as taking Folic Acid to build up in your system and have an impact on your health.

Tommy’s research charity provide some useful information and advice which can be viewed by clicking here.
