We know that there will be times when you can no longer make an appointment, or perhaps you no longer feel that you need to be seen.

Missed appointments can cost the NHS significantly, so it is really important that you let us know if you need to cancel your appointment as soon as you are able to.

To cancel an appointment, please email the department on shc-tr.sexualhealth@nhs.net and put the word CANCELLATION in the email subject line so that we are able to identify this email as soon as possible and cancel your appointment. This may mean that we are able to offer the appointment to another patient.
