There are just a few things that we ask you to do before attending our services:

1-If you need more pills, we advise you to book an appointment when you start your last strip of pills, more often than not, we do not have spare appointments on the day or week you run out so please be prepared and book in advance!

2-If you need your next depo injection or sayana press, please try to book whilst you’re in clinic for your follow up appointment, this makes sure you are guaranteed an appointment in 12 weeks’ time, many of those who don’t book in advance, end up forgetting to make an appointment and urgently need it within a few days As before with pills, we often cannot offer appointments on the day or week your injection runs out.

3-If you are attending our walk in service, be prepared to wait, we cannot predict how busy a walk in will be as it depends on how many people decide to attend. Please also be aware we may have other clinics running alongside the walk in, so you may see someone who came in after you go in before you.

4-If you have language difficulties, if you are booking an appointment, please make the receptionist aware so an interpreter can be booked in advance, if you attend a walk in session, please mention it to the receptionist.

5- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may not be seen on that day and may be required to re-book the appointment for another day. For more information, please click here for our Late Attendee Policy.
